About Bistro Guillaume

The experience at Bistro Guillaume unfolds with an ambiance that intertwines elegance and understated charm, where soft lighting frames the tasteful interiors reminiscent of a Parisian eatery. Conversations hum gently, punctuated by the clink of glassware, creating a warm yet refined atmosphere. The service strikes a balance between attentiveness and discretion, though during peak hours, a slight delay in responsiveness can surface. A glance at various Bistro Guillaume reviews highlights an appreciation for this equilibrium, suggesting that few moments of busyness detract significantly from the overall hospitality.

Dishes reveal a thoughtful interpretation of classic French cuisine, where ingredients are handled with respect and culinary precision. The Bistro Guillaume menu features standout offerings such as the rich beef bourguignon and delicately crafted tarte tatin, each plate inviting a moment of pause to savor layered flavors. Presentation leans toward the traditional yet appealing, which is often captured in the many photos shared by diners, providing both inspiration and assurance of consistency. Nevertheless, some choices may feel conservative to those seeking bold innovation, as the focus remains on reliable execution over adventurous reinvention.

Value emerges as a nuanced consideration; while the setting and culinary skill match expectations for a fine-dining French restaurant, the price point encourages a contemplative approach to dish selection. The venue’s integration within an upscale entertainment precinct offers convenience, yet for the purist interested solely in gastronomy, ambiance and location may influence perceptions differently. Taking into account feedback from the Bistro Guillaume restaurant community, it becomes clear that with attentive planning, this dining spot can satisfy those in search of a polished, classic French meal presented with care and tradition at its core.

Went to Bistro Guillaume recently for a birthday and had a pretty good experience overall! I tried the Flamingo mocktail which was really refreshing. For mains, we had the linguine—the flavours were spot on and the portion size was great, though it was a bit too salty for me personally. The beef bourguignon was just okay—it tasted more like regular BBQ beef, nothing too special, and I wish it came with mashed potatoes or a salad (you have to order those separately). The highlight for me was definitely the crème brûlée—absolutely perfect! Also, they brought out a lovely “Happy Birthday” plate written in chocolate, which was such a nice touch. As Crown Rewards members, we also got a 10% discount and some complimentary chocolates at the end. Honestly, it’s not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. The customer service was 10/10

Came for a solo dinner before the beauty and the beast show since my friend couldn’t come. I was a bit doubtful after couple not so good comments here and honestly I don’t know what they are talking about. I had the best time, My waitress Abby was very helpful, it wasn’t busy at all, within 1.5hrs I managed to eat almost three courses. The highlight would be the seasonal truffle tartare, plenty of bread with the Escargots as well that were tasty and you could soak up the garlic butter. Cheeses were nice, one was super strong had a french name we could not figure that one out. Had a half bottle of cotes du rhone red for only 35$ which was perfect. If you are looking for a fine dining dinner I will recommend this to anyone. Total dinner with aperatif, 3 dishes, water and half bottle of french red 149$

Take 2 - enjoyed a fabulous dinner (2nd time around) courtesy of Bistro Guillaume inviting us back (after a disappointing dinner in our actual anniversary). Service was excellent, the food was superb, tasty generous servings, hot and freshly cooked! This is the Bistro Guillaume that we know and have grown to love. Well done!!

The food is very good. It is a nice place to celebrate birthdays. The amount might be a little small. Starters and side dishes are recommended with mains. Just be aware if you need a little privacy then might be a little hard. Tables are quite close to each other.
